We are committed to following best practice guidelines for plant health and biosecurity – we grow trees to contribute to the improvement of our shared environment and want to ensure we do this to the best of our ability.

​We are inspected annually by APHA to check plant health, they authorise us to issue plant passports which ensure full traceability of the plants we sell, from seed to planting site. Devon Tree Nursery is in the process of obtaining Plant Healthy certification, to show our dedication to ensuring the highest possible standard of plant health, and to enable beneficiaries of government funded schemes such as the England Woodland Creation Offer (EWCO) and the Future Farming Tree Health Pilot can plant our trees.
